Booking: a booking request by WhatsApp, phone or the contact form is a request for an appointment; the appointment is confirmed only after the clinic confirms it. Please tell us early if you need to change or cancel.

Emergencies: the website, WhatsApp and the contact form are not a channel for emergencies; call an ambulance (123 in Egypt) or go to the nearest emergency department.

Fees: the consultation fee is fixed (800 EGP); the fees for tests and other procedures are set at the clinic according to the type of service.
